Billy, a commercial growth leader with over 20 years of experience across sales, business development, partnerships and operations. I help businesses identify opportunities, build strategic relationships and move commercial negotiations forward.
I hold a Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons) in Media Innovation & Management from Multimedia University. My professional qualifications also include Certified AI & Digital Workplace Professional and an Executive Certificate in Professional Mediation, co-organised by ADRC International Academy in collaboration with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). These disciplines strengthen my approach to commercial growth, digital innovation and practical problem-solving.
Through Resolve360, I support individuals and businesses in understanding disputes, organising the facts and preparing for constructive resolution. My business activities also include Touch ’n Go RFID fitment centres.
